You do not have to sign any documents, we have an agreement with UK authorities that enables us to record your limited company as soon as you request it and without you having to be there personally (our average setup times are three hours to a maximum of twenty four hours)
Express Setup: your company will be formed in three to eight hours following confirmation of your order. (Note: in exceptional circumstances the company formation may take slightly longer than eight hours as the formation is dependant on the English authorities, however, in 99% of cases the formation is complete within the quoted time)
