Accountancy Services for UK Limited and LLP Companies

1/ Our formula fixed price is geared to new businesses and young companies in their first year of operation. Following the first year, you will need an alternative package adapted to fit your requirements. The fixed price for the first years accounts is 999€ per fiscal year. The price includes drafting the obligatory year-end accounts (Profit and Loss account and Balance Sheet) for submission to Companies House and the preparation of the company's Corporation Tax return for submission to the Inland Revenue (English Tax office).

2/ If your turnover is below the threshold of £5,600,000 per annum, (approximately 7,500,000 Euros) your company is not required to have an audit. However, if you wish, we can certify your accounts using a qualified chartered or certified accountant (Expert Accountant) this will cost approximately 1200 Euros. If you wish to carry out a full audit of your accounts, we are able to advise you on the best accountants to use. 3/ How the accountancy works:

  1. Periodically (you determine the frequency with our accounts department), you send us your invoices, bank statements and other documents. You can forward them to us by fax or by email (by scan) *
  2. At your accounts year-end (12months from the date of incorporation), we prepare the financial statements and the corporation Tax Return
  3. If you require VAT return preparation then we ask for your documents once per quarter and complete the form for you (accounts package inc. VAT-1399€)

* Please note that we reserve the right to refuse potential clients for any reasonable concerns we may have and in certain circumstances we will also adjust our fees for high volume clients.

The quoted fees are for clients who send invoices, documents, receipts and bank statements by electronic mail or send documents by electronic fax (documents are converted into numerical version pdf). An additional 150€ administration cost will be added for paper submissions.
